The life of a musician is like the life of a traveler. For each concert we need to grind hundreds or thousands of miles - in every season exhausting journeys and by the most disparate transportation, planes, trains, cars or buses.
In each country we are projecting for a few hours to a new universe and the image of a landscape, a face or a light will remain etched in our memory with that of the taste of a hard-earned refreshment stop and a good bottle of wine tasted like ambrosia.
The memory of travels and the invention of music is inextricably mixed with memories of the good flavors. So crystal clear and opened skies in southern France in the summer will resurface every sip of Chateauneuf du Pape and the profile of the castles of the Alps in every glass of Blauburgunder - perhaps along with a stew of venison with black currant jam ...
So we thought that the idea of reconstructing the history of the toast in the Opera was an original way to celebrate a fitting tribute to the wine, which infuses so much strength and energy to our lives wandering. We want to do in the form of a fun game to retrace the origins of communication and art: for what could never tell a musician who does not appreciate the sense of conviviality?
