Diatonic accordion stage

TARGET
The stage is aimed at those who play the diatonic accordion at 8, 12 or 18 bass, and who wish to expand the repertoire and improve their performance style. Can participate in the stage even those who do not read music.

STAGE PRESENTATION
Among the most sophisticated and innovative schools of diatonic accordion of Europe, one in Grenoble can be described through the compositions of three of its main exponents. In particular, Pignol and Milleret, have helped to make known and to develop a new repertoire for diatonic accordion, perfecting an executive technique that uses intensively the potential melodic, rhythmic and harmonic of diatonic accordion, open-style jazz improvisation. Their repertoire represents well the avant-garde folk that in Grenoble is gathered under the label of the Association Mustradem.

- Study of piece British swing, of Norbert Pignol;
- Study of piece Alambic, of Norbert Pignol;
- Study of piece Kiproko, of Stéphane Milleret;
- Study of piece Les pieds de la dame aux clebs, of Stéphane Milleret;
- Study of piece Un peu de piment en plus, of Stéphane Milleret;
- Study of piece Je me souviens, of Jean Loup Sacchettini.
