Sunday 25th July 2010 ended the first edition of the National Competition of Musical Execution "Città del Sol" held in Portopalo of Capopassero (Syracuse) promoted by the Cooperative Society I-RAIS, sponsored by the City of Portopalo of Capo Passero, the region Sicilia in collaboration with the Cultural Association “Bel Canto”.
The winner of the Competition, open to all instruments, was the young accordionist Tommaso Arena; the repertoire performed, which charged interest and consent by the jury is drawn from the original literature for accordion.
